In order to rise up transparence of corporate
management and streamline intricated accounting procedure, Parent's
company, Aono Pile Co Ltd acquired all production facility and all
other movable property from Keitei Pile Co Ltd on December 31,
2004.
At the same time, started fresh account form January 1st
2005 and closing account every year, December 31st as per
international standard.
Our management will be able to project
business tendency for prospective future and shift quickly of our
business strategy for any variation referring quarterly business
report.
Subsidiary, Keitei Pile Co Ltd is still remainad as a
holding company for group's fixed asset.

Granted 2nd year Government
Subsidy | |

We have been succeeded to get approval by MOEI
officially on July 1st 2005 for 2nd year Government subsidy under
Government's supporting program for small and medium class
industries.
Our project applied in this year is for development
of Woven Pile Fabrics for industrial use, and we are going to use
the subsidy effectively for further improvement of current products
for industrial use as well as new project for Automobile, Home
Electrical Appliance and IT related equipment.

Our ＜super-high gauge sinker Velour project＞was carried out adoption by
the textile industry supporting program of The SMEs "Organization
for Small & Medium Enterprises and Regional Innovation,JAPAN"
on 2007 fiscal year.

our development program of＜super high-guagesinker velour material＞which is able to attached function of"Form-stability" and "Antibacterial Deodorization safely and durably is adapted by" Regional Resource Utilization Support for SMEs program"from 2008 fiscal year.
We expect it will carry our a couple of years and expend this market not
only woman garments also Bedding Line field. |
